Plugin:

- Mura Meister / Cloud

- Mura Meister / Copies

- Graphic Plus / Cross Shadow

Open your Tubes at PSP copy with Shift+D

and close the Originale

All Layers at the Tubes are invisible

open the eye so all became visible again

New Canvas 700 x 600 px transparent

Search out of your Tubes for a light FG Color

and a dark BG Color

(My Color FG #e5c3d3 - BG Color #7f568c)

Effects - Mura Meister / Cloud

Change FG Color to BG Color

Set this Gradient

Activate your Shapes - Tool

Click to the Starform and draw with this values

Draw a few Stars

change into Rasterlayer

Effects - Mura Meister / Copies

Duplicate this Layer - activate the Original

Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass

Activ the top Layer - merge - merge down

Rename this Layer into "Stars"

Copy the Deco-Bowls - paste as new Layer

Effects - Mura Meister / Copies

(try a little bit with the values as you like it)

Blend Mode - Overlay

Opacity to 40 %

Try out what is the best for your image

Paste your Bowls again - as new Layer

arrange into the right bottom Corner

Blend Mode - Overlay

Copy your Lady - Tube and pate as n ew Layer

Resize - I resize to 70 &

(all Layers not chequed)

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Duplicate this Layer - activ the Original Layer

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur

Activ the top Layer - Merge - Merge down

New Raster Layer

Fill with your light color

Layer - Load Mask from Disk

Merge - Merge group

Now we make the part below the mask visible

Activate your Seletiontool with Values Ellipse

Pull a Ellipse - start at the middle

(maybe you have to try a little bit till it fits)

(Or do it like this - Selection - Modify - Work Selection

Deformingtool and pull into the right position

Again - Selection - Work Selection - Selection stays again )

If your like it - press the Delete-button

Selection - None

Effects - 3 D Effects - Drop Shadow

( I used my dark Color )

New Raster Layer - Select all

fill with your dark Color

Selection - Modify - contract

Fill with your light Color

Selection - Modify - contract 1

Fill with your dark color

Selection - Modify - contract to 1 px

Press Delete

Write your Text and past your Watermark as new Layer

Activ the Layer "Stars"

Edit - Copy - All Layer

Open your Animation-Shop

paste as new Animation

PSP

Effects - Graphic Plus / Cross Shadow

Copy all Layer

AniShop

paste after the selected Screen

PSP

Undo the last step

repeat Cross Shadow with this Values

Copy all Layer

AniShop

paste after the selected Screen

Edit - Select all

Animation - Frameproperties 50

Save your Image as GiF
