Open your Tubes at PSP - make copies

of them and close the originals

Save the Pattern into the Folder Pattern at PSP

I closed all the Tubes visibility

open it by adding it in the Layers platte, clicking on the eye

New Canvas 800 v 650 px tranpsarent

I search for two colors out of my Tubes

(My colors FG -fffff;BG #e9d456)

Plugin - Mura Meister / Cloud

Plugin - Alien Skin Xenofex / Classic Mosaic

Plugin - FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss

New Raster Layer - Selection - All

Copy the Tube "calguysmist7310" and paste into a Selection

Selection - None

New Raster layer - Selection - All

Selection - Modify - Contract

Fill Selection with your BG Color

Effects - Texture Effects - Textur

Plugin - Filters Unlimited 2.0 / Photo Aging Kit / Cracked Paper

Selection - None

Plugin - Alien Skin Xenofex / Burnt Edges

Opacity - 50 %

Plugin FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss

Copy The Birdtube "calguisbirdspring20311" and paste as new Layer

Maybe resize

Arrange in to the top left Corner

Copy the Tube "Maxyran_04_03_11 Easter" paste as new Layer

I resize to 70 %

Adjust - Schaprness - Sharpen

Arrange the Tube into the middle a little bit to the bottom

Duplicate

Original Layer

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur

Activate the top Layer - Merge - Merge down

Copy your Lady-Tube - paste as new Layer

Resize

I resize to 80 %

Adjust - Sharpnes - Sharpen

Arrange to the right side of your Image

Duplicate

Activ the Original Layer

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 20

Activ the top Layer and merge down

copy the Tube "Deco_28" and paste as new Layer

Arrange to the left side of your Image

Duplicate

Activ the Original Layer

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 20

Activ the top layer - Merge - merge - down

New Raster Layer

Activate - View - Ruler - your Ruler

Activate your Freehandselectiontool - (Feather 00) Point to Point

Pull this Selection into the left top Corner

you have to click into all 3 Corners - like I show at the

Fill Selection with your BG Color

Selection - None

Turn your Ruler of

Effects - 3 De Effects - Inner Bevel

Effects - Tecture Effects - Textur

Effects - 3 D Effects - Drop Shadow

Duplicate this Layer

Image - Mirro

Duplicate this Layer

Image - Flip

Merge - Merge down

Copy the Border "gwyn_pizzo06" and paste as new Layer

Arrange - send Layer down

Image - Rotation - Free Rotation

Arrange the Border into the left top Corner

Repeat the Drop Shadow

Duplicate this Layer

Image - Mirror

Merge - Merge down

Duplicate

Image - Flip

Merge - Merge down

Activ the top Layer

Copy your Bowtube and arrange into the top left Corner

Effects - 3 D Effects - Drop Sahdow as abvoe

Duplcate this Layer

Image - Mirror

New Raster layer - Selection - All

Fill the Selection with this Gradient

Selection - Modify - Contract

Delete

Selection - Invert

Effects - 3 D Effects - Inner Bevel

Selection - None

Paste your Watermark - as new Layer

Open your Font - minimize

Change Gradient to FG Color

and change FG and BG Color

Write your Text and arrange as your like it

Convert to Raster Layer

Effects - 3 De Effects - Innerbevel

as abvoe

Repeat the Drop Shadow

Plugin - Alien Skin Xenofex - Constellation

Edit Copy - All Layer

AniShop

Paste as new Animaton

Back to PSP

Undo the last step

Repeat Constellation same Values click Random once

Copy all Layer

AniShop

Paste after the selected Frame

Undo the last step

Repeat Constellation same Values click Random once

Copy all Layer

AniShop

Paste after the selected Frame

Save as GIF
