I made this Tutorial using PSP 9 th.

Here you find my Material

No Plugin

 

Open your Tubes at PSP copy with Shift+D

and close the Originale

1.

New Canvas 700 x 500 px

Selection - All

copy "Texture_38_by_ro_stock"

paste into a Selection

Search out of your Tubes a dark color

colorize the Texture with Values H + S

Selection - None

2.

copy your Flower and paste as new Layer

Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tilling

Opacity 50 %

Pull at the left side a Selection for your Frame

New Raster Layer

Selection - Modify - Select a Selectionborder

Fill the Selection with a Gold or Siverpattern

as you like it

Effects - Artistic Effects - Halfton

Effects - 3D Effekte - Innenfase

Selection - None

Duplicate this Layer

Activ the Originallayer

Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass

4.

Activ the top Frame Layer

Magic Wand select the middle

Selection - Modify - expanded to 3 px

Copy your Lady-Tube paste as new Layer

Resize if nessary arrange into the Frame

Selection - Invert

Delete

Selection - None

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Send Layer down - below the Frame Layer

Back to your top Frame-Layer

Drop Shadow

Merge - Merge down

5.

Paste now at the right side your Deco-Tube as new Layer

I resize mine to 60 % - Sharpen

Duplicate this Layer and adjust to the top one

the Dropshadow

Activ the Original Deco-Layer and repeat the Mosaic Glass

Activ the top Layer

New Raster Layer - Selection - All

Selection - Modify - Select a Selectionborder

Fill the Selection with the Silverpattern

Repeat the Artistic Effects - Halfton and the Inner Bevel

from Point 3

Selection - None

7.

Paste your Text and Watermark as new Layer

merge all

8.

Pick a Star and pull a selection

Copy

Paste as new Layer

Arrange into the top right corner (orientate to my image)

Adjust the Drop Shadow

duplicate - Image - Flip

Duplicate again

Repeat to 80 % - Sharpen

Duplicate - Image - Flip

Duplicate - Resize to 80 %

Sharpen

Duplicate - Image - Flip

Merge the Stars with the same Size down

Rename into Stars1/Stars2/Stars3 start at the bottom

your Range has to look like this

9.

Activ the merged Backgroundlayer

Stars 2 +3 became invisible

Copy all Layer

Open the AniShop

paste as new Animation

Activ Stars 1

Repeat Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass

Stars 2 became visible

Copy all Layer

Anishop

paste after the selected Frame

Repeat the Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass

Stars 3 became visible

Copy all Layer

AniShop

paste after the selected Frame

Edit - Select all

Animation - Framproperties set to 50

Save as GIF
