Here you find my Material

Plugin:

- Graphic Plus/Cross Shadow

- Mura Meister/Cloud

- Alien Skin Xenofex/Constellation

- Alien Skin Xenofex / Classic Mosaik

Open your Tubes at PSP copy with Shift+D

and close the Originale

New Canvas 750 x 550 px transparent

Search out of your Tubes for a light FG Color

and a dark BG Color

Effects - Mura Meister/Cloud

New Raster Layer

Selection - All - Selection - Modify - Contract

Repeat the Plugin Mura Meister/Cloud

click Reset once

Selection -None

Duplicate this Layer

Effects - Alien Skin Xenofex / Classic Mosaik

(Settings: Small tiles; Color your BG Color)

Effects - Textureffekte - Antikes Mosaik

Rename this Layer into "Glimmer"

copy your Deco-Tube and paste as new Layer

(I resize to 80 %)

Arrange into the right bottom Corner

Drop Shadow

Copy your Lady - Tube - paste as new Layer

(I resize mine to 85 % Image - Mirror )

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Repeat the Drop Shadow

New Raster Layer - Selection - All

Selection - Modify - Contract to 5 px

Selection - Invert

Set this Gradient and fill the Selection

Effects - Graphic Plus/Cross Shadow

Effects - 3D Effekte - Innenfase

Selection - None

Paste your Text and Watermark as new Layer

Activ the Layer "Glimmer"

Effects - Alien Skin Xenofex/Constellation

Edit - Copy all Layer

AniShop

Paste as new Animation

PSP

Undo the last step

Repeat Constellation - click Random once

Copy all Layer

AniShop

paste after the selected Frame

PSP

Undo the last step

Repeat Constellation - click Random once

Copy all Layer

AniShop

paste after the selected Frame

Edit - Select - All

Open your File "bling_2009" at the Animation Shop

Erase the first black Frame

Edit - Select - All

Click into the first Frame

pull over to your Image

Save as GIF
