Plugin

- Graphic Plus/Cross Shadow

- VD Adrenaline/Snowflakes

Open your Tubes at PSP copy with Shift+D

and close the Originale

New Canvas 700 x 550 px

Search for a light FG Color and a dark BG Color

Set this Gradient and fill Canvas

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur

Copy the Tube "Mach Noel 24Nov_08" and paste as new Layer

Image - Mirror

Arrange to the right

Copy the Tube "wintericeriver" and paste as new Layer

Image - Resize to - 120 % all Layer not chequed

Adust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Arrange a little bit to the bottom and a little bit to the left

Copy the Tube "calguisbblue31208" paste

as new Layer

Arrange to the top border

Copy the Tube "chrismist_noel_4363" and paste as

new Layer

I Resize to 70 %

Arrange into the right bottom Corner

Erase the Shadow a little bit

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Merge all Layer visible

New Raster Layer

Rename this Layer into "Snow"

This stays empty for a while

Copy your Ladytube and paste as new Layer

Maybe Resize - and arrange to the left side

Duplicate the Layer - Aktiv the Original

Ajdust - Blur - Gausian Blur 20

Aktivate the Copie and merge down

New Raster Layer

Selection - All

fill with your dark BG Color

Selection - Modify - contract to 2 px

Fill with your Gradient

Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass

Effects - Graphic Plus/Cross Shadow

Selection - Modify - contract to 10 px

Fill with your BG Color

Selection - Modify - contract to 3 px

Press - Delete

Effects - 3 D Effects - Cutout

Selection - Modify

Write your Text as new Layer

Watermark as new layer

Activate the Layer "Snow"

Effects - VD Adrenaline Snowflakes

Edit - Copy - all Layer

Open your AnimationShop

Paste as new Animation

PSP

undo the last step

Repeat the Effect - set Random to 1

copy all Layer

AniShop

Paste after the selected Frame

PSP

Undo the last step

Repeat the Effect set Random to 2

Copy all Layer

AniShop

select your 2. Image

Paste after selected Frame

Edit - Select all

Animation - Frameproperties to 20

Save your Imgae as a GIF
